16:56 WW8II-BRUCE: Joe it is centered on 1900 but the broadcast has gone to new digital technology and they have a skeam where when the modulation ois 0 you have 50KW output and when it goes to 100% the power is reduced but this causes the transmitter to swing from high to low and thus creating trash
