Right at 1630Z KGØVL heard someone on SSB but was not able to copy the call sign.  The unknown station being right on 1899 KHz indicates it may have been someone aware of the daily propagation test.  WA1AC copied AB4AM on SSB at 200 miles.  No signal was detected between KGØVL and AB4AM or WA1AC.
