Two events today seem to indicate propagation may have been slightly better than the past few days. Even though there was a lot of QRN WA4LDU had very good copy on WY3T. Click below for recording:WY3T_at_WA4LDU.mp3
Also, WW8II at W4DEX was almost audible and very visible at the start of transmission. See screen capture below.
