Group
I again today did a Transmit CW test at 1899KHz from 1500ut to 1600ut . I transmitted a 10-second legal limit CW signal every 2 minutes, and it was received by W4DEX at a 510-mile path. I plotted out the numbers to better show the QSB dips. I also checked the GOES magnetometers and the solar Wind , PHI and Density during this time and could not ascertain any definitive correlation between the solar activity or the solar wind.
There was a C1.06 event @1528ut and there was a slight 4db D layer absorption in progress the entire time of the test .
No conclusion can be seen today, SO WHY WHY WHY THE QSB WHAT IS MOVING ?? THE CLUMPS OF CHARGED IONOSPHERE CLOUDS ?? THE CLUMPS OF MAGNETIC FIELDS ??
COMMENTS WELCOMED AND ENCOURAGED .
