Notes:

16:29 W4DEX-DEX: KGØVL's tune up at 1623 produced a fair visual detection on the 40 foot vertical wire. But nothing was seen on the RX Loop which is usually much better.  I've found no problem with loop so wonder if the current unsettled propagation is the reason the vertical is better.
