Propagation today was poor but not as bad it we will likely see in the coming months. KØAWU and KGØVL was able to complete a quick 5x2 SSB contact. WW8II on CW was weak but Q5 copy at KGØVL, KØAWU and W4DEX. KP2AE heard WW8II at the start of his transmission reporting a warbling type note. There was no signal detected in either direction between KGØVL and W4DEX.
At 100 miles or less signals were Q5 but weaker than usual with much more QSB than normal. Some of the paths went into the noise at times.
