DST -7 nT20
DX signals were slightly weaker today but CW still was copied Q5 most of the time at over 800 miles. K4FI on CW was heard during part of the two-minute transmission by WW8II at 575 miles. WW8II on CW was solid copy by KØAWU, KGØVL and W4DEX. WY3T's CW was detected by WW8II and copied Q5 on peaks by WA4LDU, K4FI and W4DEX. SSB copy at less than 100 miles between K4FI, WA4LDU, KP2AE and W4DEX averaged strong but with some deep fades. The exception was the two minute CW transmission by K4FI as heard at W4DEX. K4FI's CW was so strong the fades were undetectable. The 808 mile path between KGØVL and W4DEX was good enough for a CW QSO except during deep fades. SSB was useable between KGØVL and WW8II and KØAWU.
