- Fair DX propagation today allowed a CW QSO between KGØVL and W4DEX (808 miles)
- Shorter path signals had good peaks but with deep QSB fades taking strong signals on peaks to near the noise floor.
17:32 KG0VL-JEFF: Hearing W4DEX on SSB just above the noise.
17:34 WA4LDU-JOE: I am hearing Bruce also at Robs QTH
17:36 WW8II/4-BRUCE: Complete great SSB QSO with W2AZQ
17:36 WW8II/4-BRUCE: I was also hearing WA4LDU
17:38 W4DEX-DEX: KG0VL peaking 559 with some fades close to the noise
17:41 WW8II/4-BRUCE: WA4LDU JUSY CAME OUT OF THE NOISE TO 559 COPY
17:42 W4DEX-DEX: WA4LDU 589 with QSB down to 559 at times
17:42 WW8II/4-BRUCE: WA4LDU SOLID 559
17:43 WW8II/4-BRUCE: W4DEX 519
17:43 WW8II/4-BRUCE: W4DEX now 559
17:44 WA4LDU-JOE: W4DEX CW 559 here
17:44 KG0VL-JEFF: W4DEX Q5, not moving S meter
17:44 WW8II/4-BRUCE: W4DEX still 539 to 559
17:46 WA4LDU-JOE: WW8II/4 CW 599
17:46 W4DEX-DEX: WW8II/4 peaking 589 but deep QSB fades near the noise floor
17:47 KG0VL-JEFF: WW8II/4 in and out of the noise
17:47 K5HFG: Hear WW8II/4 just barely. up and down, now 519, now very loud 559.
17:51 WW8II-BRUCE: I am hearing W4DEX ON SSB
17:51 WW8II-BRUCE: Signals are lots of QSB
17:54 W4DEX-DEX: Quick CW QSO with KG0VL
