PRE NET and POST NET TEST

WW8II transmitting a 1kw 8 to 10 second CW carrier with id. every 1 minute

W4DEX receiving and recording the CW signal with Spectrum Lab a 510-mile path

Notes:

Started test early because I noted that there was a lot of solar activity with a M1.01 event  starting @ 1421ut,  peaking @1444ut and ending @ 1532ut we noted D layer absorption level in excess of 20db during this time. 

Start pre net test 1416ut

End  pre net test 1600ut

NO signals seen at W4DEX receiving and recording station during the pre net

 (most likely due to error on receive end)

We re-ran the 1-minute CW Carrier test post net for 10 minutes from 1704ut to 1714ut At this time we noted improved but still weak signal from WW8II to W4DEX a 510-mile path, but solar event levels were returning back to normal.
