NOTES :
***There is no D layer absorption data was off, it is back on as of late this afternoon, so we managed to gather some data.
***Also today's test started earlier than normal to show that until the IONIZED portion of the E layer is actually over your area, and solar ionization is causing the layer to split into the D layer signals may be above average in strength between transmit and receive points.
Solar Noon for today @ W4DEX receiving station was approximately 1704ut and for WW8II transmit station 1717ut
***The sun's highest intensity is also well below the equator.
