16:55 WW8II-BRUCE: Note of interest last night between 0115ut to 0215ut on 1900 kHz it was noted that signals were extremely weak. Some signals as close as 150 miles were down 10 to 20 dB and some out at the 500-mile point were extremely weak. Also, high noise floor. I was not the only one noting this all stations were reporting the same, just interesting was the ionosphere down low or was there something not seen? I checked the solar parameters and nothing abnormal was noted.
