There was a major disturbance from Area (3236) a C2.3 flare that produced a rapid Ionospheric disturbance of a polar cap Absorption Start @ 1446ut peak @1458ut and peak again @1509ut and gone @ 1513 UT Future research showed that this rapid fluctuation in the D layer absorption was happening in a rapid succession looking back to 1010ut. This is something that we have not looked at before . The rapid changing of the solar energy reacting with the ionosphere. You might say, it is rough sailing as a molecule or electron charge, in the layers of the ionosphere today LOTS OF TURBULENCE..
