10 February 2020
We experienced some very odd propagation today.  Overall all stations within the Carolinas reported weaker signals than usual with lots of QSB.  The WA4LDU / W4DEX path was unusually weak with signals in the noise at times.  However K4FI only 16 miles from WA4LDU was just slightly below average at W4DEX and very little QSB was detected.

Propagation between KGØVL / KØAWU, IA to MN, was good but KGØVL was barely detectable at W4DEX.  The one path that was above normal seemed to be between WY3T, FL, and W4DEX., NC.  At times WY3T at 335 miles was stronger at W4DEX than K4FI at 95 miles.

17:52 W4DEX-DEX: KG0VL barely detectable just during last 10 seconds

17:53 KG0VL-JEFF: Looks like Summer is coming.

17:54 K0AWU-BILL: KG0VL Started @40 QSB to 35db 30sec in, back up to 45db at 1min then slowly up to 49db at 1min 45sec , slow QSB TO 43DB AT THE END

17:54 WY3T-TIM: W4DEX SSB can only tell you are in there

17:55 WY3T-TIM: W4DEX coming back to readable now

17:56 WY3T-TIM: K4FI is 44 SSB

17:56 W4DCL-CARROLL: K4FI Doug you are 519 to 419 SSB for me

17:57 W4DCL-CARROLL: KW4DE 589 to 579 SSB very nice!

17:59 W4DCL-CARROLL: WY3T SSB just at noise
