There was two 10 dB above noise peaks of the 1700 kHz AMBC Des Moines station received at W4DEX around 1830 and 1845 UT.  Also there was some small solar X-ray energy hitting the earth's ionosphere around the same time.  Probably a coincidence but may be worth noting.
